Terms of
use.
These terms govern use of the MailRail application provided by WELLAND COLLECTIVE LLC.
Service
A client for supported third-party providers
MailRail connects directly to supported third-party email providers. Your relationship with each provider remains subject to that provider’s terms and policies. WELLAND COLLECTIVE LLC does not host your mailbox and cannot restore messages deleted from a provider. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the recipients you contact, the content you send, and compliance with applicable law and provider rules. You must not use MailRail to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, send unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with another person or service.
Availability and changes
Provider services can change
Mail providers can change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs and authorization requirements. MailRail features may therefore change or become temporarily unavailable. We may update MailRail to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance.
Warranty and liability
Important communications deserve appropriate recovery practices
To the extent permitted by law, MailRail is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. You should maintain appropriate provider and business recovery practices for important communications. WELLAND COLLECTIVE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of MailRail where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
