Privacy policy

Video processing stays local

The app processes videos entirely on your Mac. It has no analytics, advertising, accounts, tracking, or network connections. It does not collect or transmit your videos or personal information.

Files and preferences

The app accesses videos you add and folders you authorize. Export preferences and secure references to authorized folders are stored locally. The video queue and preview images are held for the current session. Temporary conversion files are removed after success, failure, or cancellation; an unexpected app or system crash may leave a hidden temporary folder in the output directory.

Your control

Removing a video from the queue does not delete the source. Converted videos remain until you delete them. You control file access through macOS. Apple may separately process App Store purchases and diagnostics under your Apple settings and Apple’s own privacy policy.

When you visit this website or contact support

Support is optional and separate from local conversion. If you contact us, we receive your name, email, message, and any details you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request and investigate issues. Our hosting, security, and email providers process information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and deliver correspondence, including IP address, browser information, and request timing. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Please do not send private videos or sensitive credentials.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or use support requests for advertising. Service providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, security, and email delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and our rights. Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet business, security, or legal needs.

Access, deletion, and questions

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of support information, email contact@wellandcollective.com or use the support form. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Some records may need to be retained where legally required. The app has no online account to delete.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this policy before those changes take effect. This policy describes the current local app and support contact service.
